Don’t spend your money on inexpensive flat irons, they don’t come close to this one. I have very thick hair and I could never get my hair to look completely smooth. This iron does it on the first pass! Well worth it!

I purchased a magic, sleek flat iron at the hair show in New York City. I’ve used it for almost a year not quite March will be a year. The screw came out of the flat iron. I am so upset. I don’t know if you can send me another screw I don’t know I will take a picture and send it to you.
